These amounts are a small price to pay when you realize that once established, you could make this amount or more each month / year - depending on the option chosen.

Option #1

$5,000.00 plus a small decreasing commission (as shown in the chart below)

$3,000.00 of the $5,000.00 to be paid up front, and the remaining $2,000.00 to be paid upon our first meeting at your location.

Commission percentage paid by you for each appraisal you do:

20 % the first year.
18% the second year.
16% the third year.
14% the fourth year.
12 % the fifth year.
10 % the sixth year & each consecutive year thereafter.

Commissions are to be paid monthly at the end of each month.

Option #2

$10,000.00 plus a straight commission (as shown)

$6,000.00 of the $10,000.00 to be paid up front, and the remaining $4,000.00 to be paid upon our first meeting at your location.

Commission percentage paid by you for each appraisal you do:

10 % the first year & each consecutive year thereafter.

Commissions are to be paid monthly at the end of each month.

Option #3

$15,000.00 (no commissions to be paid)

$10,000.00 of the $15,000.00 to be paid up front, and the remaining $5,000.00 to be paid upon our first meeting at your location.
